Edinburgh’s Royal Botanic gardens were open during the Covid restrictions but only on a pre-booked basis to carefully control numbers. The crocuses and snowdrops had suffered a bit from the snowfall and then heavy rain but the daffodils and rhododendrons were flowering in profusion.
