Outstanding Service Award
Paul Wurz – June 2015
We are pleased today to present the NIRS ‘Outstanding Service Award’ to a member of our club for providing sustained and significant contributions to the Chapter.
Paul joined the club in June 1994 and has served as club President for three terms providing guidance and expertise for many years. In 2004, Paul Wurz was awarded the ARS Bronze Medal.
Because Paul continued to serve our chapter at such a high level, he deserved further recognition. At the June 2015 picnic, Paul was awarded the NIRS Outstanding Service Award for his many years of devotion and continued support to the North Island Rhododendron Society.
