Mothers’ Day Garden Tour 2016
Gardens from north Courtenay to the Campbell River area were featured on this year’s annual ‘Garden Tour’ fundraiser.
With the support of many NIRS members and the public, this year’s tour on May 8th was another tremendous success!
Thanks to NIRS members Carolyn & Harris Chester, Barb & Brian Staton, Robin Geary & Colin Gablemann, and Lynn and Paul Wurz; as well as non-members Leslie & John Cox, Linda Webb & Steve Clayton, and Leslie Bird & Dave Pye for opening their gardens and offering some unique attractions for public viewing.
Congratuations to the Jeanette Ryan of Dove Creek, winner of the Garden Tour Rhodo draw for Rhododendron ‘Alena’.
