Members’ Christmas Party 2019
At our annual Christmas party on Tuesday, December 10th, many members and guests attended and once again enjoyed an evening full of great food, fun and fellowship.
Members were greeted with word puzzles by Noni Godfrey and a glass of hot apple cider prepared by Nadine Boudreau. Draws were made for centerpieces and door prizes, and everyone enjoyed another challenging game of Trivia. Interspersed in the Trivia game, Garth and Sue once again provided several fun rounds of “Heads or Tails”.
However, before the dinner was served and the fun games began, a surprise special presentation was made. President Maureen Denny presented Garth Wedemire with a NIRS Bronze Medal award. Congratulations Garth on a well earned award. (To read the full citation visit our ‘Awards’ page.)
