Our Next General Meeting is: 14th October 2025 at the New Starting time of 7:00 pm – doors open at 6:30 pm    at Comox United Church hall, 250 Beach Drive, Comox.

Executive Meeting – Wednesday, October 08th @ 10 AM

The NIRS executive will meet next on Wednesday, October 8th at the home of Vice-President Nadine Boudreau to conduct its monthly business.

General Meeting – Tuesday, October 14th at 7:00 pm

Members are asked to join us for the next General meeting to be held at the Comox United Church hall.  The October meeting program will be “All About Composting” by Tyler Johns, a Master Composter, who has responsibility for the planting and maintenance of the City of Courtenay’s municipal gardens.

Doors open at 6:30 pm and the meeting begins at 7:00 pm

Next year’s memberships are available at this meeting.     

CVRG Work Parties – To Be Announced

The cleanup work parties at the Comox Valley Rhododendron Garden (CVRG) switch to the evenings for July & August. 

Thank you to all our members who help keep the Comox Valley Rhododendron Garden looking spectacular! 

Milner Gardens and Woodland – Open from Thursdays to Sundays

Vancouver Island University’s Milner Gardens & Woodland is a seaside garden in Qualicum Beach.   The Gardens are open Thursday thru Sunday,
from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Visit the Milner Gardens and Woodland website.
