On Thursday, May 24th, our spring bus tour organized by Pauline Thompson saw 40 members and guests travel to Salt Spring Island. Although the skies were dull and overcast when we started out, they soon rightened by the time we reached the ferry terminal in Crofton and cleared around noon hour in time for our picnic lunch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sharon Sullivan, Past President of the Salt Spring Island Garden Club, kindly arranged the gardens to be toured during the day, including a last stop at Thimble Farms Nursery for participants to buy some unique plants before catching the ferry home.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Salt Spring Bus Trip 2012 This is one of our Special Gallery Photo Albums.
